This is a fun thrift store. Their variety is wonderful and always changing. You never know what treasure you will find. They have a mix of new and used. Their prices are fair. The quality of merchandise is always nice. The owners are pleasant, friendly and best of all honest people. Definitely recommended for thrifters, treasure hunters and bargain shoppers.

Richmade Kitchen and Bath, is an unqualified,unprofessional and neglectful contracting company. Communication is non existent. On 11/25/19, final completion date stated by Mitch, in writing, after 2 extensions, which are not noted. Which breaks their contract. Original completion date was 11/1/2019. I had family coming that Thursday, which was Thanksgiving. What I came home to on 11/25/2019 was beyond words for a completed job. Mitch left a faulty, weak, poor quality stair railing with 8 ft drop. No baseboards put back. Nothing caulk for finishing touch. Backsplash cracking for countertops. Scratches and holes on almost every cabinet. They left exposed metal on 2 walls. Left all drywall unfinished. They finally responded after a week and came on 12/5/19 for 3 hours. I came home to 2 more gashes in the quartz and Mitch denied it , even with photo evidence. Everything was left unfinished. The railing worse then before. My husband then called on 12/6/2019 and asked when they were coming to finish. Mitch quit the job and said project is perfect and he is proud of it. Now the railing is coming out of the wall and the spindles are all cracking and twisting. The wood cracks more everyday. I called code enforcement 12/11/2019,had an inspection done on 12/18/2019. 5 code violations from Richmade work. Number one being,Workmanlike Manner. Which is an implied warranty. In other words, any time a construction contract is executed, it's already legally assumed that the job must be done in a good and workmanlike manner.

An AWFUL experience, AWFUL business, and AWFUL individual! My brother took his truck here for a transmission replacement. The owner "lost" his keys, only to find out that the truck had been towed to a lot due to issues with the landlord. The owner refused to warranty his work, did not offer the transmission repair, and made my brother spend the $800 to tow his own truck out of the impound lot. Unacceptable. I am not sure how this owner can sleep at night if he treats his customers this way. My brother is not only out the money for his transmission, the impound lot, but also the money he would have made working (that now he is unable to get to work). DO NOT TRUST JEFF WITH YOUR CAR OR YOUR MONEY! He has been reported to BBB and Attorney General and we will be seeking retributions in court as well.

So much hassle and confusion with Josh..already grieving and stressed..their policy just made it worse for the family
