3 stars, I love the apartment and everything about it, but I'm taking away two stars for the unprofessional workers. A few weeks ago or so my family and I were sleeping and got woken up to screaming and a bunch of cops outside of my apartment.. I look outside and it's the front desk agent Devan yelling and running after some guy..who eventually got arrested.. I couldn't believe my eyes, as this was happening my children woke up from all the noise.. The next day I was walking up the hill on the side and I notice that their window is broken.. I'm sure that if any other resident caused a commotion and broke a window, they would have been kicked out. Which is why I am so shocked she is still employed and they went on like nothing happened. Professionalism should always be number one, especially when you live on site. Like I said, I love these apartments, but very disappointing that nothing has been done.
