sadly our lease is coming to an end, we decided to move closer to work in boulder. we will have great memories in this place.
I will have to be very honest with a few things, our restroom towel rack fell apart literally one month after moving in, we never got it fixed because.. well we work a ton and travel a lot. I know it’s not managements fault but tenants seriously need to pick up after their dogs.. it’s not difficult and there's a poo station in almost every corner seriously, learn to adult and pick up after yourself. People need to read the news letters, don’t park your car after the 8000 sign (guest parking) it’s such a hazard!! lower cars can’t see because some big truck decides to not be considerate, common sense. when we moved in we had some paint on the floors and carpets, dents in some cabinets and closets, we wrote it down (and took pictures) on that paper we received the first day of move in, so I’m hoping it gets taking into consideration during our move.
I will say the staff is really nice, Sarah (shocked there are so many negative reviews) has always been sweet, fun and pleasant to be around.
She went out of her way to help me with some stuff during my stay here.
All in all this place will always be remembered in a positive way.
