Don't know exactly where to begin, but maybe at the point where I contacted them with no response. Then reached out to them again to finally work with someone. This person was the most blasé and patronizing person imaginable, yet completely out of his depth. I ended up managing and leading too many things, many things were promised to me that were not delivered (e.g. researching something with no follow thru or sorting something out, saying he did, and then finding out no it was not actually dealt with), the seller's realtor getting pissed off at us for...?, and after being in my new place for 3 months I am appalled at what was not caught. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Brad did an "excellent" job on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Knowing we wanted to move, but not quite sure when, Brad diligently looked for and showed us homes he thought we would be interested in given our criteria. Brad is very knowledgeable of the Superior Community market. He was honest and forthright in his evaluation of homes. Having lived in our former home for 26 years, we were novices in the very scary world of real estate (these are really big numbers). Brad catered to our needs and countless questions, no matter how trivial they were. Once we found our new home, the process moved along swiftly and seamlessly. We are very pleased with the outcome...thank you Brad! We would highly recommend Brad to "get the job done". Jeff and Yo Hendry
