ARMED & DANGEROUS! Called to schedule an appointment, a male rep informed us he scheduled the "Groupon appointment" and explained the details of the voucher. We showed up for the appointment and they tinted all windows, they were very dark, and had bubbles in the film. We explained this was a Groupon appointment and attempted to contact Groupon customer service. They were extremely unhelpful. To avoid conflict, we agreed to just pay the full amount, then the male employee flashed a gun at my partner (he is Black). My partner is a real stand up guy who is in grad school and he donates his time as a volunteer. This was beyond horrifying and scary. We quickly paid the full amount and left. Groupon offered to refund to us the amount we paid for the Groupon, but that was it. I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly before trying this place out; there are many poor reviews on Yelp, Google, and BBB. Frankly, we don't care about the money (Groupon/couponing is simply a fun activity and a way to find new businesses), what we do care about is the fact that someone may get hurt at this business in the future. If you're reading this, know that there is at least one employee who is likely racist and quick to reach for a gun.
