Avoid this bank at all costs. They don't take into account the impact they had on other people's lives or they don't care. They have minimal ability at banking. I was planning on opening an account there. After last Friday's experience I will avoid contact with them dispite convenience. Last friday ( March 16, 2018). I asked the woman at the counter if she could do a cash advance for me. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time. She came back and said she could not do it. In state of fact she HAD done it. She didn't know what she was doing. She did the advance but didn't know how to get the paper to print so she ended up refunding the transaction. She said I would have my money immediately as she had already issued the refund. Clearly she doesn't understand how refunds work. I never did receive the supposed refund and have had to file a dispute on the charges with my credit card company. Tying up my money completely ruined my weekend plans which involved others. Clearly they don't care at all. They are heartless.
