I used ACC because they are one of the oldest and reputable companies in Fort Collins, I saw the “bad review online”, but noticed 1 review posted twice and when I checked the BBB noticed ACC has an A+ rating, one of the oldest accreditation dates out of the hundreds of new companies that are found online and zero complaints in 13 years. I was checking the online complaints against the BBB, because I know the BBB forces the complaints to be validated by the customer complaining and the company that is registered, so if a complaint is real it would be listed with the BBB. They are a great company and it is nice to deal with a contractor that has had the same office location for over 15 years and I know where to find them. I agree with the other review saying ACC is “very reputable” and does ”honest, high quality work” and I don’t think they have many reviews because they don’t pay for advertising and work off of their large referral base created from years of good work.
