I was disappointed in the customer service. My delivery man called and said my washer dryer set wasn't ready for him to pick up at the warehouse. After I called my salesman, he figured out the set WAS there. It was delivered the next day, and the washer was not functional. The delivery man suggested it be repaired since he thought it would be an easy fix. The technician was not available until a week later, after I figured out that my store manager had given him the wrong phone number to contact me. The technician looked at my washer for one minute and realized the control panel was broken, and said the store would want to send another one rather than pay for the expensive panel. Almost two weeks after I ordered, hopefully I will have a working washer. No one was rude, but the many different systems and people involved in the delivery process did not communicate effectively, which led to the delays.
