I have two perspectives: As Qualities lawyer and customer. As lawyer, i drafted the contract used by Quality. It is very fair, not one sided and understandable. Those are the directions i was given and followed. As a customer, the attention to detail and explanations were outstanding. I had a minor matter that was handled quickly. I had a major matter (leak and mold) that was complex, It required removing drywall in a difficult spot in an older home. In addition to dealing with the problem, I got excellent advice on the source of the leak, and advice in dealing with mold. Great job.

I absolutely love my new kitchen!!! Pat and his crew did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with the results. They listened to my concerns and my ideas on what I wanted. I will most definitely be using Quality Renovations for my next home project. You guys are the BEST!
