Alamo was very helpful when we had to change our original car rental plans due to flight delays and having to fly into a different airport than originally scheduled. Although we we unable to get a standard SUV we were given a very nice Ford Explorer with few miles on it. The car ran well and the Alamo staff was kind, helpful and friendly.
