Alta Park

Gazebo with picnic tables and BBQ grill. Adjacent to a community garden with small plots for fruit, vegetable, and flower gardening. Nice playground and small grass field for the kids or pets to run around on. Park is small, but well kept and rarely occupied. Occasionally used by nearby families. I can't believe it, but some people think this a bad neighborhood? You've got to be kidding me. Not sure if fear mongering or selfishly trying to keep the park unoccupied, because that is absolutely crazy. It might be the most run down part of old town longmont, but it's still old town longmont. Very safe and friendly neighborhood in my book.
