I had a horrible experience after my car was stolen earlier this year. The Amica Claims Representative I dealt with was extremely condescending, would never return my calls or the calls from the service department working on my car, and on top of that, was extremely inefficient causing me additional costs towards my rental and extended the time my car was out of service due to her inability to do her job. Such as organizing appraisers to assess my damage, she had to send 6 different tow companies over 2 weeks to get my car out of the tow lot because she couldn't get the paperwork right to execute a tow the 1st time. I ended up having to do it myself. To help you understand, my car was stolen in April, found in May, and I JUST received my car back early December. I do NOT recommend Amica to anyone.
I will say, when I called the 800 number, all of the representatives I dealt with there were very helpful. I ended up calling reps that had nothing to do with my claim in order to get things processes.
