Bought a pair of heels and one accessory. Bought the shoes for $44 and because I bought an accessory I got 50% off on my second item and paid 6.50 for my half off accessory. Changed my mind on the shoes brought them back for a refund and they only refunded me $36 for the shoes because they said I got a discounted item for 50% off, but the discount wasn’t on the shoes it was on the accessory item which was originally $13. There reasoning for not giving me my full amount back on my shoes is that I received a discount from my original purchase. If you pay an amount for something and you return it shouldn’t you receive the full amount back that you paid? So basically what happened is I received a discount on my original purchase accessory item not on my shoes but because I returned my shoes they took my discount away from me and I ended up paying full price and then some.... oh ya, and you only have 7 days to return your item so watch out for that! Poorly run and management should reconsider their discount theory.
