Wow! That's all I can say. Dan was the heckin' best! I had been stiffed by 3 other sales guys, 2 being assistant managers. No call backs as promised, no help with finding me the kitchen sets in my price range, nothing. I was super flexible in terms of brands as long as the options were available, but got nothing from those guys. Thumbs down on Dean, Matt, and Ed. None of those guys helped at all after 3 phone calls, and 2 physical visits in store. But Dan, Dan is the man! He called me back as promised multiple times, gave me options for my kitchen set, and still managed to get me everything I needed when circumstances changed. Give this man a raise! Not just praise! Dan, Dan, the best appliance man!
