On 3 separate occasions alterations were not completed when promised. Once, one pant leg was hemmed, but not the other. Of course this wasn't discovered until I was getting ready for work the next morning. Another time, the coat that I dropped off for sleeve hemming was handed back to me on the pick up day, I got home and no work had been done on it at all. And the third time, I got a call on my scheduled pick up day saying they were running behind a couple days. All the recompense management would offer for my extreme inconvenience was offer store credit. No thanks...never going back.
