Aspen Perk Cafe - Bar & Grill

Not sure if we count as customers because we didn't stay. We're locals who shop at Safeway, so we pass this business a couple times a week. Awhile back, they had a banner offering a burger + beer special for some tempting price. Great, my wife and I said, we like to support local businesses so let's try it. The only option for the beer was some swill, either Coors or Bud. I offered to pay a dollar or even two more for a drinkable Colorado craft beer, but no budging. It was adiós for us (that's Coloradan for goodbye) and haven't been back since.
