I had high hopes for this dealership... but left extremely disappointed. I went there to check out a vehicle I found on their website. It was the middle of the day, the sun was out, and it was very nice outside. I parked right in front of the show room, walked three laps around the various lots to find my vehicle. No help. Three laps! No help. I finally went inside and asked for assistance only to find 3 salesman staring down at their phones. I asked one of them for help and he said he would go and grab someone. A salesman came over and I told him what I was looking for. He left for a minute and came back and was unsure if the vehicle I was interested in was at their location. Meanwhile, I'm looking around and every single employee that walked by me (salesmen included) didn't say a word... no greeting, no "hey, have you been helped." No "hello, how's it going." Nothing! Unfriendly people. Period. In my previous vehicle buying experience, salespeople are usually trying to earn your business. This group was a joke. I walked back outside and left. I'll GLADLY take my business to a different Subaru dealership. The service at this place was non existent!
