Very disappointed in the fact that they stood on our truck seats and in the window openings of the front & rear doors to install a sunroof! We watched the installer do this for over an hour! Brand new 75k truck & they think that's the best way to install a sunroof. The inside of both of our door panels are scratched from the installer stepping all over the truck. When we made a comment to the manager, the installer laughed at us! How rude is that? The manager listened to our complaints & said, "What do you want me to do?" NOTHING NOW! You already trampled all over our vehicle. When we left, there were metal shavings all over the dash, cup holders and console. Oh and they said it would be done at 5pm, we waited until 6:30. Not professional, will never recommend, or give them any other business!
