We hired Baker Builders to do a complete tear down and remodel of our outdated kitchen. We chose Baker Builders after getting several bids for the project because we felt they offered better value than other contractors while still being price competitive, and they did not require a large upfront payment before starting the project unlike most other contractors who bid the job. The project began on the scheduled date. Communication was excellent over the course of the project, and each portion of the project was completed to our satisfaction and on schedule. We had Baker Builders do additional interior and exterior remodeling to our home after the project, and they handled the additional requests smoothly without exceeding our total budget. They addressed any of our concerns during the project very professionally. Their owner, Dustin Baker, promptly responded personally to a potential issue we brought to his attention when our project manager was not available. All of their subcontractors were very respectful of our home and wanted to ensure we were pleased with their work. The project managers we worked with, Nick and Matt, went above and beyond our expectations in making sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our remodeling project. We highly recommend Baker Builders as they are a fair, honest, and a reliable contractor, do quality work, and genuinely care about their customers.
