Banfield Pet Hospital

Although I really like our vet here, the thing that stands out the most is the very rude, low class, smelly, and crass front desk person "Toby". As someone who has worked as a manager in customer service, and grades phone calls, and trains people on giving excellent customer service, I can say with certainty that this man does not have what it takes to work with the public. Every time I bring in my pets he is so rude, un helpful, crass and rude. He smells, which isn't a good first impression for any business, and acts as if any question or request I make is the end of the world, and thinks nothing of rolling his eyes and making me feel like I am a complete inconvenience. When I bring in my pets to a vet clinic, I expect warmth, empathy and compassion. I really wish I had not gotten a pet plan for both of my pets at Banfield, as there are plenty of other clinics who will treat my pets and me with much more warmth, respect and kindness. Alas, once this plan is over I will not return, especially to this clinic as I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen from a man who can't even shower before going to work. He doesn't deserve his job. There are plenty of people who do need a job who would treat people and their animal babies with the compassion and warmth that they deserve.
