Came in to get estimate for minor accident which happened to cause problems with my alignment. Insurance company suggested this dump. I was pretty much told that such a collision could not cause such a problem. He pointed to some scuff on my rim that I couldn't see and indicated that I had hit a curb. I explained that my awd car drove perfectly before the accident now, doesn't. took less than 5 minutes to write report and send me away.
I left feeling frustrated and upset that I had been categorized as a liar.. Never a good feeling especially when you aren't. I ended up having an estimate done somewhere else. Which took the time to listen to my concern.
