Black Pepper Pho Restaurant

Food was fine. Employees were nice. I do want to point out this is the farthest thing from authentic Vietnamese food. What I had was an interpretation of Vietnamese food. My viet family would have been horrified. If you’re a novice with viet food this might be up your alley.

Good rice plate, seemed a bit salty but tasty. I liked that the bbw sauce was on the side. My friend got a ginger tea with slices of real ginger floating in it that smelled heavenly!
