Bonefish Grill

We got Boned at the Fish! Mile High Horse Hockey Experience!! Never got to our table because the hostess can't say the word respect nor spell it! Very rude intro - said to my Family - we are out of here. And our first visit to Bonefish - again - never got to the food. The manager though was very nice and she tried to make things correct and apologized. Apologize? Are you kidding me - the manager didn't need to apologize - hostess needs to be in the back peeling shrimp and not dealing with people - plain and simple. For those of you reading still - why don't you treat yourselves to a first class Chinese Mom and Pop restaurant on the other side of Bonefish - called Shanghai Kitchen. Wow - they not only know respect of customers but also two menus - American Chinese and Authentic Chinese. We had shrimp entrees - Honey Shrimp and Volcano Shrimp. Excellent food with first class service from Shanghai Kitchen. Check them out!
