Boot Barn

What was once a great place for your western wear, has now gone down the drain. When it was Sheplars they had staff there to assist you, and ring you out. On my visit today I not only had to search for everything solo, find the right boots, and then go stand at. The register for nearly 5 minutes with nobody in sight that works there. End result, I left the boots on the counter and walked away. This could have been their easiest sale of the day, and Ariats are not cheap boots, but if they don't want to hire people to at least check you out, then I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place there's a lot of Western wear cowboy boots galore here.....
