Recently used his shop for a small job. They were overpriced and job was not completed in the timeframe promised. Additionally, they cut and ruined the fabrics on the piece I was having reupholstered after 2 conversations about wanting to save the covers. The were zippered so I am unclear why they had to cut, especially after I was promised that the existing covers would be returned. I will not be using this shop again and I highly advise looking around.
On another note, when I was picking up my pieces today there was another customer that was complaining too. Might be best to find another upholstery shop.
