Boulder Running Company - Cherry Creek

Worst customer service today. Saw online that a show was available in my size at this store. Female associate said look in the sale section b/c it’s an unusual size. Not there. She couldn’t find it in the back. She told me I could try on a much smaller shoe or the men’s pair which is “exactly the same as the women’s.” Really!?! I asked about ordering and if there was return shipping costs for the customer. She wasn’t sure. She didn’t offer to check and just told I could order them from somewhere. I usually end up ordering extra pairs in my size, from the Boulder Running Co. this was not offered. I even asked to try on similar shoes in my size. The gal said she likes Nike shoes (these never fit my feet). I asked for other options. She jusy said she’s sorry and she didn’t know what to do. That the show could be at any of their other stores and I could go them and see if it’s there. Seriously?? Worst experience at BRC in over 10 years of shopping here.
