Boulder Vacuum & Sewing Mach

Very bad experience. Took our vacuum in for repair under warranty (Bissell). After getting the run around for 4 weeks (but never a call back), they finally told us they were no longer a Bissell repair facility, and we had to come get it. Sure enough we got there and they had a brand new replacement from Bissell waiting for us, which we took. The next week they called and asked when we were going to pick up our old vacuum since they could not fix it?!!?
