We bought a complete set of Jennair appliances here, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/microwave. We also bought their extended warranty for all items.
We've had nothing but problems with the microwave, it continually thinks the door isn't closed, so it won't turn on and cook. Brand Source has been out over 6 times to fix it, all fixes fail within a few months.
Finally their tech said it couldn't be fixed and to contact the warranty company and get a replacement unit. Since its combined with the over, the entire oven/microwave need to be replaced.
We call the warranty company, its just a voice mail line. NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!
Finally I go by the store and the manager sends them an email. That illicits a phone call to us, we're told they'll replace the unit, but with a $1000 cheaper GE unit, not the Jennair we paid for. I ask for an explanation why and they never tell me. Fine, just bring us the unit.
Well, now Heather, the ONLY person who can handle this, tells us they're out of stock on the GE unit and needs to talk with the warranty person to see what they want to do. That was a MONTH AGO.
Guess what? She never answers the phone or returns calls either!
They also accused my wife of spitting on their service tech, which is a complete fabrication and lied to Jennair about the cause of the microwave breaking.
This company has NO customer service post sale at all!
Do NOT give these thieves one cent of your hard earned money!!!
