It’s not the biggest market and things are a tad pricy for the tourist crowd, but you can get the majority of your shopping done here. From eggs to milk to granola bars, you can find the essentials to stock up your cabin as well as what you’ll need to keep up the energy on the slopes. The attached liquor store has a pretty good selection of beer including many local craft brews for getting a taste of the local culture. The staff is a bit stonery but friendly.
Review is for Liquor store. Manager is very rude. When I said (with a smile) that their beer cave needs light so I could see the selections, the guy scowled and spoke to me like I was mentally challenged: "that's because I turned the off, duh! I'm about to close". Then him and his buddy burst out laughing at my apparent stupidity. I asked what time they were closing... 11 pm. Well, it was only 10:30. So I was talked to like an idiot for no reason. Will never go back. Very unusual for Breck, to have rude service, people are usually very courteous here.
