Saw their sign a couple weeks ago, and thought I should try a new business next time I needed a cut, so I tried to go in this morning. Granted, I did not make an appointment ahead of time, but I thought I would stop in as a walk-in. Walked in and there was one client there, and 3 barbers and a greeter. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. She said "oh, you're a walk-in" with almost a disdain in her voice. Then she says she wouldn't be able to get me in until 2:50pm (I came in at 945am). Now I totally get it if there was a room full of people or something, but honestly, a 5+ hour wait when 2 barbers weren't even cutting? Surprising...even more so for a startup. In my 50s, and losing my hair, an average cut for me is typically less than 5 minutes, so I found it hard to believe I got turned away.
I may try again at some point, but unlikely.

Read a few a few months ago and decided to take a leap to try a new place. I've been quite happy with Kimber cutting my hair! Would easily recommend to others who are looking!
