This place has horrible customer service. Host and waiters are rude and careless. You wait up to an hour for your food to come and when it does, the wings need extra sauce because of how dry they are. Fries taste and look like they have been sitting in the back for days. Waiters do not bother to check up on you but once to deliver your check. Don't bother complaining to the manager, they are incompetent. This place does not deserve any stars or customers at all. If you order online to pick up, expect the same horrible service as dinning in plus a complementary rude argument with the cashier when they get your order wrong. I would recommend a different Buffalo Wild Wings, I live five minutes away from this one but drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the one in Westminster where they have amazing customer service and managers who care about their customers.
