My car broke down in the middle of the night. I walked into this establishment seeking a phone charge to call for help. I’m new to the area and was lost. So, before I entered I had been walking in 14 degree weather for an hour. Upon reaching the desk I was frozen and exhausted. I asked the man behind the desk to charge my desk phone. He did but only for 90 seconds. Then he demanded I pay for a room. Well, there is a free shuttle that picks up near there at 7 am but it was only 5 am. I asked if I could stay in lobby to get warmed up and he immediately picked up his phone and called 911! He told the dispatcher I was a vagrant and to come quickly. I stood outside and waited for the sheriff. Not long he showed up, let me sit in his cruiser and gave me a ride to a warm place. We talked politics and had a few laughs at the idiot who worked the front desk that night. You are not a 3 star resort you are unkind to people who can’t pay you money. May you lose your job and your dog get fleas!
