Canopy Parking took my car and drove it off the lot without my permission and I have proof from the Denver Police Department
Canopy parking moved my car from covered to uncovered without my permission. After waiting 30 minutes at the airport for the 3rd time my car was not in the space I put it in and had the ticket for. Canopy said they had no idea and didn't move it. UNBELIEVABLE. Previously I left a message with a female manager to have it washed, they never did. I have heard so many complaints while in the shuttle which echoes my experiences. I have never seen a company which is so inept in so many ways. Their general manager won't even call me back. I own my own company and would immediately fire the managers and retrain the rest.
I have since moved to DIAPark and have had a great experience,
