The staff are great. They are very helpful, but they are not empowered to do anything that you can't do yourself on the website. It's great for people that need help with online banking. It's completely useless for someone that needs help with anything that can't be done on the website. You still have to call customer service for that stuff. Capital one needs to have actual banking staff at the cafe with access to make changes. Even just one would help.
