The Brad Dreier

Disappointed. Paid full retail for a 2014 Nissan quest. The issue wasn't paying full retail, because they no longer make the Quest so their numbers are limited. The issue was the whole experience. I made an appointment on Saturday for the following Tuesday. Arrived thirty minutes early and waited for my salesperson. My first issue was that I had reserved this car 3 days prior. When we walked to the car, it had snow covering the bottom half of the windshield and the battery was dead. Every other dealer I have made an appointment with has had the car I was interested in ready out front for me to drive. After the salesman jump started the car he proceeded off the lot and traded me spaces to drive. I had to be the one to remove the snow from the glass. Couldn't believe he expected me to drive with the partial visibility. the inside of the car was filthy. I agreed to purchase the car. The salesman told me the car would be detailed while I ran to my credit union to get a cashiers check. When they delivered the car all that had been done was it was ran through an automated car wash. The interior had sesame seeds in the console, dried chocolate shake looking substance in the cup holder, coffee or coke down the sides of the seats, women's make up on the light switch, etc. etc. The interior of this car was never cleaned while in their possession. But they sure were sure to mention several times about each car receiving an average of 12 hours reconditioning. My vehicle was in the exact condition you would expect just picking it up at auction. Again, we had a specific model in mind and the price wasn't an issue. We are happy with the car, just didn't get what I expected for paying full retail. Have since spent about 6 hours myself getting the inside of the car cleaned. Will shop a conventional dealer in the future.
