We have been taking our vehicles there for washing and dealing for the last 10 years. Yesterday 10/19/17 I took my husbands Dodge in for a wash... the job that was done was once again awesome. Unfortunately, my husband discovered this afternoon that his Ray Bans were missing. He told me he found the case in the center console and it was empty. I remembered getting out of the truck to have it vacuumed and remembered seeing the case on the floor below the drink holder. I called Casey's and the manager called me back.... Long story short. She refused to acknowledge the fact that one of her employees actually took something from a customer. She then implied in a round about way that we were actually trying to get money out of her. When my husband stopped by to let her know she could keep her money - all she said to him was "there is a sign posted - to not leave your personal items in the car". True - but when a customer lets you know that one of your employees is possibly stealing - take responsibility as a business owner and at least sound concerned. Unfortunately - we will not be back.
