Neil came out and looked at our gas fireplace. He was AWESOME he checked it out, diagnosed the problems we were having and did a really thorough inspection and cleaning. He was honest, very friendly, showed up on time and answered all our questions we had for him. All in all Neil was top notch when it came to his customer service and positive attitude. I called around and all of the other chimney sweeps and fireplace maintenance business’ in the area are overcharging and just right for out, taking advantage of people. At CSA they are thorough, honest and are extremely reasonable with their pricing! I even got a 10% discount because they showed up earlier than initially scheduled. They are a fantastic place that is not going to overcharge or take advantage of anyone. Plus they are certified and very knowledgeable at diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
