Chipotle Mexican Grill

After a couple years of not eating here after their problems with cleanliness, I was finally talked in to eating here to support a fund raiser. I'm disappointed to find out not much has changed which is sad because we used to eat here at least once a week. After ordering a steak fajita burrito I watched the guy literally scrape the last of the steak to get about half a spoon full, and then scrape even harder to get the last of the dried up peppers and onions that were stuck to the pan to try and get enough to make a burrito (he'd didn't). I barely got through a few bites of dried crunchy meat, peppers, and onions before I gave up. There are too many good restaurants in Longmont to justify eating substandard food.
