CHPG St. Anthony North Family Medicine - 84th

This review is for: Centura Health Physician Group (CHPG), St. Anthony North Family Medicine I came here because they had availability to give me a cortisone shot for bursitis. Yes, the facility is older, speculating that it's circa 80's or 90's maybe, but it was very clean. Everyone one that I dealt with, from Roelyn and Jennifer at the check in desk, to Beverly who took me back to the exam room and took my vitals to Dr. Megan Carlberg (resident) who performed the injection were friendly and most important, professional. Dr. Carlberg even let me listen to my music on my phone so that I would not be as nervous while getting the injection. I arrived right on time for my appointment and was finished within an hour. The only negative thing I can say about this facility is their signage isn't great, the Family Medicine Clinic is closer to the ER then it is to the Main entrance; signs could be updated to direct pailtients to park in ER parking lot if visiting the Family Medicine Clinic. And I can't forget to thank Shanel, who booked my new patient appointment. She went above and beyond - listened to me vent about my difficulty finding a doctor that accepts my insurance - then put all my info into the system, verified that my visit would be covered by insurance, made sure I knew where to enter the facility (the Orchard location campus), and entered my husbands info so that he is in the system when he is ready to book his own new patient appointment. I am satisfied with my care! ;)
