Horrible liars! Why say my parent's condition was improving when it clearly was NOT!?!? Rude, impatient and more eager to stand around chatting was the impression I got from most of the staff members, not all but most I encountered. I understand it's not easy to work with elderly, sick people but if that's not a profession they wanted then why and how are they there? Happy to be done with this unorganized and careless place!!!
