CLASSY Nails & Spa

Ive gone to this place multiple times before but this last visit was terrible and I will not go back there again. I had gotten tips with gel for an event and went to get them taken off. Well the man I had, butchered 3 of my nails in the process :( ripped part of my nail off my nail bed on 2 fingers then cut me under my real nail against my nail bed on another. I still cant do things normally because they are tender and very painful. It was an awful process and I sat in the chair crying because it hurt so bad. They put shellac polish on afterwards but the next day 2 of them just peeled clean off. I've never had that happen before at other salons I've been to and reading these reviews, it seems to be common here. After my awful experience sitting the chair, they still charged me. They gave me a discount for my services because they felt bad but still charged me after a terrible visit :( I gave 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past but this last visit was awful beyond words :( They are a decent salon otherwise. But I would advise you to be careful about what services you get.
