At first, Jeff was pretty responsive in trying to get our roof leak fixed. After his first two caulkings didn't work, he apparently lost interest. Jeff would say he was going to come, but never come. Phone calls stopped being returned.
Our roof has now been leaking for 9 months and Clean Cut won't return a phone call. Don't recommend you use.
Follow Up 8/1/14: Called another roofing company, they came up and had both skylights caulked up in under 2 hours. No leaks since. Don't know why Jeff was having so much trouble, other company fixed it easily.
