Despite sending pictures and requesting an estimate multiple times, speaking with someone on the phone to verify that my emails were received and being given verbal confirmation that I would receive an estimate within 24 hours, I have never heard a word from this business. I have 4 chairs that need to be recovered, but it would seem that they don't need my business!
