Took my Fein Multicaster tool in for a warranty repair. After I went to pick it up I was forced to pay $27.50 for assessment of the repair. This was never disclosed to me prior to leaving my tool and after I paid to get my tool back I was given my tool back in 6-7 pieces since I didn't want to pay for the repair due to the warranty expiration. This repair shop is a joke. Take a look at the tool that I received back, oh and my tool still worked when I took it in for the repair.
