I had the opportunity to work alongside agent, Todd Rice, on a recent purchase. Todd was an excellent communicator and true professional. Often in this industry, agents become just as emotionally influenced during the process as their clients should be. However, this typically negatively impacts the transaction. Fortunately, Todd was able to help his clients through a bad previous experience and not have it influence our transaction.
