Colorado Pointe Apartments

My wife and I lived here for a year. It was amazing. Pool, Gym, Parking Garage. Not to mention all of the appliances were like new. Lots of room as well. Sure you will get the occasional loud neighbor during a friday night but nothing crazy. Plus the location is right next to Trader Joes and tons of restaurants. The one downside is traffic on Colorado Blvd is not fun at 5 pm. So expect to sit a while in traffic if this is when you commute.
