Comrade Brewing Company

The beer here is outstanding and the service is generally friendly. They have good food trucks available most of the time. The REDCON Irish Red is by far my favorite brew of theirs, and it's smooth like butter. The only thing keeping them from five stars is the lack of a kitchen and consistent food service.
