Have been getting gas and carwashes there for years, its close to home. Today I went through the car wash and it stopped spaying for the middle part of my wash. I told cashier and she said it was supposed to do that because I moved my vehicle. I explained further that it was in park and engine off. She told me that sounded weird and she would try it on her car later. I walked out. Frustrated with her answer I returned and asked for management. She told me she was the owner. She asked me what I wanted, I replied another car wash, because I only got half of the one I paid for. She laughed at me and said she will probably stop letting pick-up trucks use it because it always works for her car... So I guess I won't be going back ever. Another loss for customer service.
