I am relatively new to Yoga. I have tried it at several different studios and it never quite clicked. Core Power Yoga clicked for me right away. I don't know of any other studio that can back thier classes up by giving you a free week of class just to try it out! This studio is clean and friendly. All the instructors are nice and give you a different flavor or style of their own. It is a great atmosphere to learn Yoga from basic poses to the advanced.
