Cost Cutters

I come here every 2.5 to 3 weeks at the longest usually. Kayla and some of the other girls have always given me a good to even great cut, which is why I keep coming back. Tonight was the complete opposite. I called like normal and put my name on the list. I was told 20 minutes. Showed up right then. Martha was cutting hair, and took a walk in front of me, even though she had called my name first then changed it. The gentleman proceeded to take forever, not telling her what he wanted clearly. That's not her fault. Taking him in front of me was. Then my turn. Martha then gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. Took way more than the 1/4 off the top that I asked for, and on the side in front took more like an inch off. I have to take my glasses off for the haircut, so I can't see it while it's happening. As soon as I put them back on, I knew what she had done. THE WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER GOTTEN. I am literally shaking I'm so upset. I told her to please stop because I didn't want her to screw it up even more. During the cut, I told her I comb it back. When I pointed out the botch job, she said she thought I combed it to the side. I specifically said to the back. I am now going to my company holiday party tomorrow looking ridiculous. Like I said, I've been coming here every 2.5-3 weeks for almost 2 years. Never again. They just lost a good customer. THANKS MARTHA. YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST ADMITTED YOUR MISTAKE.
